Old Wide Awake Plantation: A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to go to a wedding photography workshop with Justin and Mary Marantz. They are world famous destination wedding photographers that also share their abundance of wisdom with developing photographers. They have revolutionized my philosophy on photography and have changed the way I will do business forever. The workshop was at Old Wide Awake Plantation in Hollywood, SC. The entire day was packed with teaching, but it was mostly hands on learning. We had a precious couple that was our bride and groom for the day, and I just fell in love with them! They were not only beautiful, no doubt about it, but they were also really fun to be around.  We also had incredible bridesmaids that were photographers themselves. Needless to say, I had a blast making new friends and shooting these wonderful people. Note: Only in photography or film is it ok to say you enjoy shooting someone.  Here are just a few of my favorite shots of the day!
