OH HI!!! WELCOME TO THE STP BLOG! I'M SARA AND I AM WEDDING AND PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER BASED IN UPSTATE SC. GRAB A SWEET TEA AND ENJOY YOUR VISIT !
Jordan and Ashley tied the knot on July 15th at the Flying Fields in Piedmont SC. The whole day we were worried it was going to rain. While Ashley was getting ready, it was raining pretty hard. However driving over for the first look, the clouds dried up and left some beautiful diffused light. It was an amazing blessing!
Their first look was so sweet. I thought Ashley was going to burst from excitement and Jordan was smiling so hard. Once they saw each other, they could not take their eyes or hands off each other. I have never photographed a couple that was so verbal about how happy they were to finally be getting married. Don’t you just love when people are so open about their feelings? They were just so fun to photograph!
Jordan and Ashley’s ceremony was just as the sun was setting. Ashley walked across the field towards Jordan waiting under this beautiful arbor one of their friends had made for them. It was so romantic as the sun was setting behind her as she walked down the aisle. Jordan had written his vows and they were strong, sincere, and very romantic. In true Ashley form, she had not had a chance to write hers, so she spoke from the heart and her vows were very sweet. Ashley always makes people smile and her wedding day was no different.
Their reception was absolutely beautiful! There were so many talented friends and family members that contributed to making their reception absolutely adorable and perfect. Even God chipped in with a beautiful double rainbow! I hope you enjoy scrolling through photos of their wedding day. Feel free to leave them a message in the comments section at the bottom.
Jordan and Ashley, I wish you a very long and happy marriage! I hope you are enjoying your honeymoon in Africa!
