Nothing can stop love…not even a hurricane. On the blog tonight is Tyler and Jo Chapman’s wedding. Hurricane Joaquin threatened to wash out their rustic event this past Saturday, but an hour before the ceremony the clouds parted and the sun came out. Praise Jesus! The ceremony and reception were in the gorgeous lodge at the Pleasant Ridge Camp and Retreat Center. Tyler and Jo worked really hard to make their event awesome (which it was!), but at the end of the day all that mattered to them was that the people they loved were with them. The bride could not stop smiling the entire day. In fact, when I asked her not to smile for ONE picture…well, she giggled for another two minutes. Too cute. Jo always brings laughter to the situation, and I just enjoy being around her so much!  Tyler was helping set up the whole day until about an hour before the ceremony, which reminded me of the one thing that stands out most about him- his heart to serve. I think each and every time I’ve seen him he is either helping someone or offered to help someone.  In the morning before getting ready, Jo needed to see Tyler. Seeing them embrace and the worry immediately lift from her face warmed my heart because Jo has found the one who points her to Jesus, laughs at her jokes, and comforts her heart when she is stressed. I am so happy that they have found each other and are officially Mr. and Mrs. Chapman!
