Featured on the blog today is Brent + Colleen. These two have been together for almost five years and were engaged last month when Brent proposed to Colleen in the most adorable way! Brent created a book filled with pictures and stories from their relationship. I saw the book, and it has a ton of content! He clearly took a ton of time to create it. He then had friends hide the book in a used bookstore (Colleen loves used bookstores!). They went to the store and as Brent puts it, “she picked up every book in the store but mine.”  It was placed on a shelf in a small room in the back of the store. She eventually made her way to the book with some encouragement and immediately knew what was going on. As she turned to the last page, Brent got down on one knee and asked Colleen to marry him.  

Although freezing cold, these two did a good job of looking warm and comfy. We walked around downtown Greenville SC for their session.  We loved finding the last few trees with pretty colors on them. I really enjoyed how although it has only been five years they have been together, it feels as if they have been together for decades. I have no doubt these two are going to have a long loving marriage. It was my honor to photograph their love. I hope you enjoy scrolling through this sweet couple’s photos!
