Featured on the blog today is Dave and Bridget. A fun loving couple that have a really great love story.

Dave and Bridget met about three and a half years ago in a pub in Scotland. Bridget was in Scotland for a girls trip and he was in Scotland for a tug of war competition. Yes, I said tug of war. Dave is from Wales and travels internationally to be in tug of war competitions. Dave’s friends started talking to Bridget’s friends and the next thing you know they finds themselves by a fireplace alone together. There was an immediate connection and they fell in love. I know, it sounds like the movie P.S. I LOVE YOU, but it totally real, promise.

The next three and a half years they have long distance relationship as Bridget is from Greenville SC. However, last year Dave popped the question and these two are getting married!

They are tying the knot in Falls Park in 2020. They are so fun together and just enjoy being silly and enjoying life, which is one of the foundational blocks of a long-lasting marriage. I’m so glad and honored that they have chosen me to be their wedding photographer. I’m excited to share these engagement photos with you all. Congratulations Bridget and Dave!
