“I am just SO excited and READY for it to be here.” Josh said when he called me the morning of his wedding. He was more than ready to marry his best friend and love of his life. 

October 14, 2017 Joshua and Emily were married at the Greenbrier Farm in Easley SC. Other than the day being a little warmer than hoped, the day was perfect! Celebrating with them were just their few closest friends and their family. The whole day was so beautiful and really showed how much time and care Emily put into planning their big day. Everything from the flowers to the incredible cake was just so perfect.  The Greenbrier Farm catered the food as well and it was phenomenal! 

I absolutely LOVED shooting this wedding.  In high school, Emily and Josh liked each other and were friends but didn’t date…until the end of their senior year. Senior year they were placed in the same English class, which gave Josh ample amount of time to flirt and woo Emily.  By the end of the year they were together and everyone knew it was only a matter of time before they made it officially forever.  The classroom they fell in love in…was mine! Seriously, I had to call on Josh constantly for talking to Emily in class. I laugh when I think about how all he could pay attention to in class…was Emily. That was my last year teaching before I started shooting weddings full-time. When Josh and Emily asked me to shoot their wedding, I was absolutely honored. My favorite part of their ceremony was when Emily walked around the corner on the arm of her father, Josh immediately burst into tears. He tried to move through the emotions and would sob again! No one could blame him; Emily was absolutely stunning in her wedding dress.

It was an absolutely beautiful day and I am just so happy for this couple!
