New Wedding Venue in the Upstate! | Heyward Manor

I was absolutely delighted to be invited to the grand opening of the new wedding venue called Heyward Manor last night. It is an elegant white barn located in Iva SC, about 30 minutes from downtown Anderson and 1 hour from Greenville.

The owners are Don and Libby and Jake and Carol Black.  When I walked in I was taken aback for a moment. It is just so beautiful! They have thought of everything and it is GORGEOUS!

Around the property are lots of places to take pictures and options for ceremony spots. There is water, open fielded area, beautiful trees, and then of course the barn itself is stunning for photos. Last night they had three areas set up. I think my personal favorite was the one with the pews and the large double doors down by the lake. You can see it below.

The bridal room is upstairs and has everything you could want. While I was checking it out multiple ladies made comments about how they wanted to make it their bedroom. There are large windows, gold-framed mirrors, and sparkly chandeliers. Absolutely lovely!

I am really excited about this new venue and hope to shoot a wedding there soon!
